Siân is an economic development consultant based in North Wales, with a range of skills but specialising in organisational development, community economic development and active labour market (welfare to work) development both at a policy and practical level. Siân has gained considerable senior level experience in the field of public policy and economic regeneration as a practitioner and as a consultant. She has experience of developing innovative local area regeneration solutions. She is also a Neighbourhood Renewal Adviser to the Office of the Deputy Prime Minister and is an Associate of Salford University's Centre for Sustainable Urban and Regional Futures.

Siân has a good working knowledge of economic development issues at a European, UK and Welsh level. In Wales, she was part of an Old Bell 3 led team undertaking the Mid-term Evaluation of the West Wales and Valleys Objective 1 programme and worked with Old Bell 3 on a study of the links between combating economic inactivity and property issues for the WDA.
