• Extensive experience in undertaking consultation with project beneficiaries (individuals and employers), operational staff and with strategic policy makers (by telephone, face to face interviews and focus group discussions);
• The capacity to draw on a network of associates with whom we have worked extensively to meet the specialised needs of clients;
• Extensive experience in meeting facilitation (e.g. strategic planning or away day sessions);
• The guarantee that the research will be undertaken by highly experienced individuals, rather than junior consultants.
